The Career division aims to introduce CWIB members to a wide range of career paths and expand their career-related knowledge. The events team hosts over four events each semester, collaborating with on- and off-campus organizations to highlight different career options and develop key recruiting skills. The career development team maintains and strengthens connections with CWIB and CMC alumni to provide networking and mentorship opportunities. Finally, the mentorship team partners with the Community division to manage the internal CWIB mentorship program, offering both professional and social support.​​
