The Sophomore Women’s Program (SWP) is a two day immersion program for Second-Year College students held in February. SWP offers a unique opportunity to gain early insight into a career in Financial Services. As a participant, you will attend a broad range of workshops, gain valuable insight into Rothschild and Co and have the chance to network with our bankers. All participants will have the opportunity for a 2023 Summer Analyst position. 
An alumni panel will take place on Nov. 17th from 6pm-7pm PST. 
A day in Life of an Analyst will take place on Dec. 7th from 6pm-7pm PST.
