Innovator in an Hour - Donnie Belcher

You are invited to join the Innovator in an Hour event next Wednesday, with Donnie Belcher, an inclusionist strategist working with Virgin Hotels to improve their Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives, as well as the co-founder of Camp Equity. As a result of arguably one of the largest Human Rights Movements in response to the killing of George Floyd, companies no longer have the option of opting out of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. DE&I postings rose 50 percent in June on Glassdoor, the largest percentage increase over a four-week period since January 2016.
