Emboldly is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that is dedicated to equipping early-career women with the resources, network, and opportunities to advance into leadership roles. They aim to get 50% of women in leadership roles by 2025.

What is the Emboldly Fellowship?

​

Due to the limited number of women in leadership roles across many workplaces, many women miss out on mentorship and resources critical to achieving leadership roles. The Emboldly Fellowship exists to bridge that gap by offering a supportive community and space to build confidence, connect with others, and succeed as future leaders.

• What: A four-month virtual fellowship empowering early-career women to learn critical skills like communication, negotiation, building confidence, self-advocacy, balancing work and life, finding supportive relationships, etc. The Fellowship was designed by professionals with experiences from McKinsey & Co., Goldman Sachs, Disney, Amazon, Harvard Law, and more!

• Who: Mixed-industry cohorts of women in their first 0-3 years of their careers

• Cost: Free to all Fellows

• How: 2-hour bi-weekly sessions covering both work and life skills
